ICBA ‘on Drugs’ Common Prosecutions in the District

The inaugural event of the Irish Criminal Bar Association new CPD, Common Prosecutions in the District, series catering specifically for years 1-5 took place 1st of December 2025 where they learned the key proofs of some of the most commonly prosecuted summary offences alongside the procedural evidential challenges which may open to exploration in the case.

ICBA ‘on Drugs’ was presented by Gregory Murphy BL, an accomplished junior practitioner who knows his way around all things pills and powders. Guiding attendees through the key elements of possession offences and the proving of regulations, the drugs and ancillary matters.
