The ICBA Annual Conference will take place on 13 July 2024 at the Sheraton Hotel Athlone

This seminar will briefly outline the impact of EU law on the Irish criminal process and provide an update on the activities of the EU Public Prosecutor’s Office.

The Irish Criminal Bar Association (ICBA) in-person conference took place on July 1st at the Radisson Blu in Athlone. This was ICBA’s first conference since the onset of the Covid-19 Pandemic and the event was well attended by colleagues from all across the county.
