ICBA on ‘Routine Road Traffic’ - Common Prosecutions in the District

The ICBA hosted Niamh Ní Aonghusa BL at the CCJ on 29th January 2026 from 5–6.30pm for a session on Routine Road Traffic Law. During the event, Niamh guided attendees through some of the most commonly prosecuted road traffic offences, offering clear insights into fixed charge penalties, penalty points, and both mandatory and consequential disqualifications. The session was accredited for 1.5 CPD points.
